Carrier identity, census add date, status, operation, classification, power units, drivers, safety rating, and the physical address come from the Company Census File on data.transportation.gov (dataset az4n-8mr2). Publisher: Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The dataset metadata has no license id. The file says completeness is not guaranteed and the data are not legal advice.

Docket status comes from FMCSA Licensing & Insurance and from MOTUS operating authority, where those feeds name the same USDOT number. Insurance lines show the form, the insurer, the coverage amount, and the effective date. Policy numbers are not stored.
